In this leadership role, you will mentor support staff and work closely with other supervisors to develop company protocols and drive hospital initiatives.

Responsibilities
Providing excellent client service including: greeting visitors warmly, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
Scheduling patient appointments
Helping clients to understand the financial aspects of their visit; processing payments and insurance claims
Assisting clients in selecting the right products and services for their individual pet
Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control)
Qualification
Required

ability to mentor support staff
excellent client service skills including greeting visitors warmly, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
ability to schedule patient appointments

ability to assist clients in selecting the right products and services for their individual pet

Preferred
a minimum of 2 years experience managing teams of 20+ team members
