Responsibilities
Review complex tax filings (individual, trust, partnership, and S-corp) and guide staff in technical execution
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ~8 staff (onshore and offshore) with accountability for deadlines, quality, and professional development
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW and investment clients, running calls and ensuring proactive advisory support
Support tax planning, forecasting, and broader firm initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and client experience
Act as a stabilizing leader during peak workloads while driving continuous improvements in workflow and technology adoption
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in HNW individual, trust, hedge fund, or private equity taxation
Strong technical review skills; able to spot issues that others may miss
