Senior Help Desk Analyst
BolaVerde Media Group is a rapidly growing IT support and cloud hosting company in Midtown Manhattan. They are seeking an experienced Senior Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and manage various IT tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for end-user desktop
Active Directory Administration including account management, maintenance
Microsoft 365 advanced administration including E-mail, SharePoint, and Teams
Provide support for level 1 and 2 ticket escalations
Provide support for client projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, VPN rollouts, etc
Create resolution documentation for complex technical issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Superior communication and customer service skills
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Office Suite, and Windows 10/11
A+, Sec +, MS 365 Certified: Fundamentals or equivalent certification
Preferred
Mac experience is a plus
