Responsibilities
Responsible for verbally executing trades and building out our floor footprint
Communicate effectively with our traders upstairs and other floor traders
Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with floor brokers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Ability to make quick decisions under stressful situations with incomplete information
Outgoing and easy to get along with
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
Good Risk management skills
Desire to win and constantly improve
