Responsibilities
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI initiatives, balancing long-term innovation with short-term tactical success
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends, assessing their potential impacts on business processes and opportunities
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to foster collaboration and resource alignment among diverse stakeholders
Implement change management strategies to ensure successful AI integration and prioritize user adoption in existing workflows
Translate complex AI concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and buy-in
Lead the product development lifecycle, from user research to implementation, and conduct workflow analysis to enhance AI integration
Develop product roadmaps, addressing competing priorities to maximize organizational impact and value
Evaluate vendor solutions versus in-house capabilities, making strategic recommendations based on effectiveness and fit
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping successful products
Bachelors degree in a related field of study
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with AI/ML technologies and understanding of their practical applications in business contexts
Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact assessment
Preferred
Previous experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise or productivity contexts
Background in workflow optimization, process improvement, or operational efficiency
Experience with vendor management and technology procurement processes
Familiarity with customer support, engineering, or design team workflows
Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI implementation
MBA or relevant advanced degree
