Management Trainee Intern Summer 2026
Enterprise is seeking a Management Trainee Intern for the summer of 2026 to help build valuable business and leadership skills. The internship provides real-world professional experience in a team-based environment, where interns will learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships.

For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees
We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers

Qualification
Required
Must be a senior or rising senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027
Must have a Business or Communications related major
Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal, employment reference, education and social security
Must have a valid driver's US license for one year
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be living on the Eastern Shore for the summer
Must be able to start end of May 2026
Must be able to commit to a 30-40 hour work week
Must be able to commit to 12 weeks
