Reliability Engineer
W. R. Grace is a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals and solutions. They are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their Maintenance & Reliability team, responsible for improving asset availability and preventing future failures through collaboration and data-driven methodologies.
Responsibilities
Create asset care plans for critical assets
Track and analyze reliability data on critical equipment
Analyze bad actors and develop improvement plans through data driven methodologies
Develop maintenance strategies by equipment types
Support and facilitate Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCA)
Update engineering drawings and documents to reflect field conditions
Support area maintenance engineers
Identify and scope maintenance/reliability improvement projects
Assist with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
Support purchasing/good receipts/new vendors/requisitions
Participate in Process Hazards Analysis (PHAs) including PSSRs, and Management of Change (MOCs)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering
Industrial manufacturing experience in processes such as Chemical, Paper, Metals, Refinery, Pharmaceutical
5+ years in maintenance reliability experience
Computer proficiency with Microsoft 365
Preferred
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
Experience using SAP Preventative Maintenance module
Experience with Engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc
Experience interpreting condition monitoring findings from various tools such as Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, Oil Analysis and Infrared Thermography
