Responsibilities

Analyze learning needs and performance gaps to inform instructional strategies
Design curriculum, courses, and learning materials using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Create multimedia content including e-learning modules, videos, interactive activities, and assessments
Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the design process
Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to learning outcomes
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in learning and development

Required

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development
Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)

Preferred

Master's degree in relevant field
Experience with video production and graphic design tools
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
