Responsibilities
Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable
Work in an Agile manner
Work independently and as part of a team
Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
Carries out unit testing and defect resolution
Carries out migration of the changes to production
Assists with technical design and documentation
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification
An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph
Preferred
Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow
ITSM experience
Custom application development experience
