Responsibilities
Lead and assist in business and employment litigation, including arbitrations and trials
Handle evidentiary hearings, discovery, and motion practice
Collaborate with a team of former BigLaw attorneys in a mission-driven environment
Travel occasionally for hearings and client matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years of litigation experience
Strong background in business disputes or employment law
Experience with evidentiary hearings and trial preparation
Excellent organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
Resides in or near the Greater Tampa Bay area
Comfortable working 2-3 days/week in-office
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
