Responsibilities

Manage and lead surveying projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Conduct ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking surveys
Prepare and review parcel maps, final maps, and subdivision maps for accuracy and compliance
Utilize GPS and robotic total station technology for precise data collection and analysis
Draft and produce survey documents using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Train and mentor junior survey staff in surveying techniques and software usage

Qualification

Required

Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
