Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for AI-powered healthcare products by identifying high-impact automation opportunities within EHR workflows

Conduct comprehensive customer research and market evaluations to uncover pain points and validate new product ideas. Articulate product differentiation and business value based on strategic and economic analysis

Define, prioritize, and communicate the product roadmap using insights from user research, usability testing, and industry trends

Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams. Foster alignment with AI and clinical teams through consistent documentation (PRDs) and stakeholder engagement

Partner closely with engineering to manage the backlog, develop detailed feature stories, and drive agile sprint planning. Track development progress and iterate based on customer feedback and success metrics
