Responsibilities
Set a global integration vision and strategy in collaboration with senior GR and Product leadership, then drive organizational focus and cross-functional execution against that strategy
Define, articulate, and lead the global retail merchant integration strategy with a focus on unlocking business value for both Uber and our merchants, ensuring alignment with business goals and translating strategy into clear roadmaps and outcomes
Define and monitor key metrics related to the merchant's integration experience with Uber, and drive cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve them
Own the intake and prioritization of integration requests, balancing merchant needs with Uber's strategic objectives and technical constraints
Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, operations and commercial teams to deliver high-impact integration initiatives and scaled solutions for long-tail merchants
Build educational materials and develop the playbooks and tooling needed to promote integration best practices and adoption for our internal commercial and operations teams and external merchant partners
Define and monitor key metrics related to the merchant's integration experience with Uber, and drive cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve them
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional stakeholder management experience and program management skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), to effectively engage and drive consensus across technical and non-technical audiences
Advanced Excel/google sheets and data analysis skills
Intermediate/Advanced SQL skills (or a willingness to develop them quickly)
Proven experience working directly with senior leaders to set and align on functional strategy and execution priorities
Demonstrated ability to define a long-term vision and lead cross-functional teams toward successful strategy implementation at scale
Preferred
Master's Degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Experience in the grocery and/or retail industry
Experience defining and executing cross-functional strategies across global teams
Track record of leading organizational change or transformation efforts tied to B2B approaches
