Responsibilities

Lead the execution of the Product Lifecycle Management process across Titleist Gear and Club Glove teams

Ensure accurate product data and drive reporting transparency

Support seamless product launches

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers as the PLM systems expert

Provide training and refine workflows

Champion continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

High school diploma required

Minimum 2 years of experience in business systems

Strong technical training background and advanced ad-hoc reporting skills with logical data understanding

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Cognos Report Studio, Workspace Advanced, Word, and PowerPoint

Deep understanding of PLM tools and ERP principles, with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies

Demonstrated project management skills—planning, coordinating, and delivering on time

Creative and resourceful problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset

Highly adaptable, receptive to feedback, and effective in dynamic environments

Preferred

bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field

hands-on work with PLM software (Centric preferred)

Familiarity with ERP systems and item setup processes

Prior experience in golf, customer service, or sales
