Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning

Analyze economic, industry, and market data to forecast trends and identify business opportunities

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations with insights and recommendations for key stakeholders

Gather data from various sources including industry reports, surveys, internal databases, and customer feedback

Develop and manage market research tools such as surveys, focus groups, and data analytics software

Monitor competitors’ strategies, pricing models, product offerings, and market penetration

Prepare regular competitor landscape reports with actionable insights for the sales and product teams

Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify trends in customer preferences and satisfaction

Work closely with the team to develop customer segmentation and targeted strategies

Create comprehensive and easy-to-understand visual reports, charts, and presentations

Present findings to senior management and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making

Required

Have a 4-year bachelor's degree is required

Have some SQL experience

Are technically savvy with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Have experience working in healthcare, whether it be medical billing, coding, administration, etc

Have experience building and managing relationships, including interacting with all levels of management (both internally and client-facing)

You must be willing to work in this location; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $678.60 per year)

Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy

Ability to sit for extended periods of time
