Responsibilities
Lead the Construction sector of a regionalized marketing team
Negotiate with carriers on client structure, handle market broker placement, program design, risk and collateral management
Manage a large portfolio with heavy construction and real estate
Handle large loss sensitive cases, large deductibles, group captives, and single parent captives
Work with top-level talent and marquee names in the construction market
Travel primarily for client day trips, minimal overnights
Manage a small team (3 members + 2 assistants)
Travel is more of a client day trip, not really overnights
Hybrid work schedule (Open to remote if outside the DC / Baltimore Metro area)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience required
Carrier placement experience
Preferred
Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM
