Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in achieving sales objectives and managing customer accounts
Analyze and document sales processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and standardization
Manage and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
Collaborate with the training department to develop and deliver standardized training content and sales enablement materials
Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Regional Sales Manager
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip the sales team with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Develop and maintain standardized sales content, including presentations, proposals, and value proposition messaging
Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Implement and manage sales tools and technologies to support the sales team in their daily activities
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies and initiatives

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, or higher, from an accredited institution

Preferred

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution
Possess strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or data visualization tools is a plus
Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Be self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving
Completed a minimum of junior year (6 semesters) by the start of the internship
Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
