Responsibilities
This retail industry program develops and prepares students to enter the retail industry as competent employees by teaching the fundamentals of retail analysis that lead to sales and market share growth
Courses taught in this program include MS Office, Adv. Excel & Access for Database Management, Retail Industry Foundations, Retail Link Data Management, Retail Supply Chain & Replenishment, Retail Tools Integration, Retail Strategic Analysis and Retail Analytical Techniques (capstone class)
These courses are aimed at individuals that work during the day and take classes in the evening. Classes are taught one night a week from 6:00pm – 9:00 pm online via MS Teams
Qualification
Required
Seasoned/experienced retail industry professionals with at least 5 years of Walmart's Retail Link Decision Support, Luminate Report Builder or Scintilla experience
Minimum of 5 years of retail industry experience
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is desired, but not a requirement
Extensive experience utilizing one or more of the following applications may also be desired: Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot
