Responsibilities
Run Personal and Company Projects: Oversee roofing and gutter projects from start to finish
Sell Projects: Close deals using company-provided leads or generate your own
Ladder Set and Warranty Work: Handle on-site tasks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
Assist Other Managers: Collaborate with the team to keep projects on track
Manage Materials: Complete order forms and process returns efficiently
Truck Maintenance: Keep the company-provided box truck in top condition
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales
Experience in project management
Experience in field operations
Ability to generate own leads
Ability to close deals with confidence
Team player who's comfortable assisting others
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Reliable and detail-oriented
Motivated individual ready to grow with Bold Brothers Roofing
Preferred
Roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
