Responsibilities

Build and maintain our documentation platform (and soon other platforms)
Work with technical writers, content strategists, and developer educators to create a seamless process for technical content
Collaborate with Product teams to be customer zero for Cloudflare’s own products within our documentation platform
Cultivate and establish relationships both internally and externally with users of our documentation, being a thoughtful point of contact to help collect and implement improvements based on feedback

Qualification

JavaScriptTypeScriptFrontend frameworksAstroAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

2-5 years of experience with software development (JavaScript / TypeScript, frontend frameworks, bonus points for Astro)
Highly analytical, data and systems oriented problem solver
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
