Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the project roadmap, milestone schedules, and Jira workflows
Produce regular status & risk reports; proactively escalate and resolve issues
Facilitate meetings, take action driven notes, and ensure timely follow up
Allocate resources effectively and adjust plans as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Producer in game or software development (video game industry preferred)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Solid experience with Jira and a good understanding of Agile workflows and game development pipelines
Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure and effective stakeholder management
Professional fluency in Korean and English (both written and verbal)
Preferred
Experience leading cross-departmental coordination or shipping a live title
Passion for and experience playing Global MapleStory or earlier versions of the game
Prior experience in cross-cultural or international game development environments
