They are seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage client programs, supervise staff, and ensure quality and ethics in therapy delivery in a nurturing environment.
Franchise
Responsibilities
Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm
Once per week, supervise in-home clients 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Acting Quality Assurance Officer
Acting Ethics Officer
Conflict Resolution/ Incident Response
Weekly Meetings with BCBAs
Oversee other BCBAs work and offer support
Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
Create Individualized, research-based client programs
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center and in-home
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)
Train Interns and Trainers
Respond to Insurance Audits
Safety Management
Must be willing to attend center events and participate in community outreach programs such as Autism Fairs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
BACB Certification
BLS / CPR certification
No criminal background
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
