Responsibilities

Start-up and debug of new systems, Bosch Rexroth, WTC, Henrob, Stanley, Lincoln, Miller, Fronius and SKS Systems
Integration of new automated production lines and launches, DAW, GMAW, RSW, SPR and Laser Welding
The knowledge and understanding of BIW specifications and the ability to recommended best practice changes as needed
Technical/Operational experience w/Tessonic RSWA equipment including the software attributes (in detail)
The knowledge and ability to work with, and train plant personnel on RSWA equipment while helping them understand UT Inspection requirements
Problem solving and optimization of existing systems
Production support
Quality improvement projects/Expulsion reduction projects
Must be able to travel

Required

Previous experience in the welding and joining engineering field
Excellent personal and communication skills
Self-starting work ethic

Must be able to travel
