Responsibilities

Maintain a professional, friendly attitude in all interactions with prospective clients and key stakeholders
Manage and respond to all incoming inquiries for the project (phone calls, emails, online submissions, etc.)
Schedule all broker & buyer appointments with the sales team and sponsor
Assist the sales team with CRM database functions, including data entry and lead distribution
Manage check-in/check-out processes and visitor access
Maintain the front desk area and sales gallery in a clean, organized, and professional condition
Communicate effectively with management, butler staff, in-house team, and security
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of hospitality
Maintain a detailed list of incoming inquiries and disbursement of leads to the sales team

Required

2+ years of professional experience
Experience in client relationship management & customer service with a positive attitude and welcoming disposition is a must
Available to work Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner is essential
Organized and focused in a fast-paced environment while juggling many different tasks
Detail-oriented and customer service-oriented
Tech-savvy - A working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly MS Excel, will be a requirement for this role
