Strategic Account Manager Lead

As a Strategic Accounts Lead, you will manage a portfolio of prominent global enterprise merchants, identify new business opportunities, and build long-lasting partnerships while leading a high-performing team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Build deep, trusting, long-term relationships with decision makers and executives on our most strategic accounts by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Design and implement bespoke commercial portfolio strategies that align with dLocal's (DLO) vision and merchants’ needs
Be proactive and prioritize across multiple projects and teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions
Serve as a regional expert, providing insights to support the broader sales and account management strategy
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and through professional networking
Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional growth

Required

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role, such as account management, consulting, or working in the payments industry, with a strong background in complex enterprise sales cycles
You have full professional written and verbal proficiency in English
You must be comfortable travelling at least 25% of the time

Preferred

Spanish and Portuguese as a second language is a plus
