They are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of a critical Sales Core application, influencing architectural decisions and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust full stack solutions for the Sales Core application
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality features
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of the application
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales Core application
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our technical stack
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in full stack software development, with a strong emphasis on both front-end and back-end technologies
Proven experience leading a team of engineers and delivering complex software projects
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React)
Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Python, Go)
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience building greenfield applications
Experience with microservices architecture
Preferred
Familiarity with sales-related software or CRM systems
Contributions to open-source projects
