The company is seeking a recent college graduate to join their team as an Equipment Engineer, where the individual will assist in daily manufacturing operations by supporting process optimization and quality improvements while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Participate in equipment and process trials to support production improvements and validate new tools or methods under engineering supervision
Help track and document production performance metrics such as OEE, yield, and downtime to support operational visibility
Collect and review data related to process efficiency, quality issues, and continuous improvement efforts to identify opportunities for enhancement
Work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, SOP updates, and operator training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness to work in a plant/production environment
Must be able to use PPE and adhere to safety procedures
Must be able to perform the following: Ability to work occasional off-shift or weekend work as needed for trials or support
Hands-on aptitude and curiosity about equipment and systems
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus
Exposure to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar problem-solving methodologies
Experience with CAD, Minitab, or data analysis tools is a plus
