Responsibilities
Own and manage onboarding timelines for assigned fintech clients
Lead documentation gathering and compliance reviews (KYC, AML)
Guide clients through technical setup, including API integration and sandbox testing
Coordinate across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams
Track onboarding status and escalate issues when necessary
Contribute to documentation and repeatable onboarding frameworks
Qualification
Required
3+ years in client implementation, onboarding, or fintech delivery
Strong knowledge of financial data structures and integration tools (e.g., APIs, SFTP)
Proven experience managing multiple client projects concurrently
Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
