Residential Aid- St. John's Hospice

Responsibilities
Gives medications to residents
Coordinates residents on needs, issues, and concerns with Case Managers, Program Manager, and Director
Answers phone calls at the front desk
Receives donations
Writes shift reports, including incidents if any
Substitutes for the shifts of co-workers if needed
Attends both mandatory, as needed, and scheduled meetings and trainings
Conducts monthly fire drills when requested by the Program Manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Degree or G.E.D. equivalent
