Responsibilities

Manage project assignments to SAE team members, monitoring workload of individuals and providing input on project requirements. Support needs of the team, providing technical planning for assigned projects

Interface with Vertiv Sales to identify customer requirements for specific projects and set priorities

Provide input toward design concepts used on specific projects, along with planning toward technical tools used by team

Work with project managers and team members to ensure that project tasks are completed on time to meet customer requirements

Administer review process for deliverables from team to identify areas for improvement and correction

Evaluate performance of team members

Identify areas for training and career growth

Required

BS degree in Engineering, or equivalent industry experience

Minimum 7 years experience in design and engineering

Extensive knowledge of psychrometrics, fan technologies, direct expansion, chilled water, and evaporative cooling technologies

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, EXCEL, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including solid presentation skills and experience

Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be action-oriented to complete tasks in a timely manner

Demonstrate integrity and ethics

Must have the ability to analyze data and problem solve
