Responsibilities

Contacting sellers within the swine and livestock industries and educating them on our products and services

Explaining our websites and how to enter their own information along with entering their listings for them

Handling in-bound and outbound customer calls, and email communications

Gathering information on shows and meetings in the industry

Researching the swine and livestock industries and the proper way to list the information on our site

Providing feedback from the industry

Building solid relationships with members of the industries we serve

Focusing on customer service and sales

Assisting in the implementation of various tasks

Working as a team to help assure the success of the websites and publications

Assuming other duties as assigned
