Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary care exclusively for adult patients 18 years and older
Manage common chronic illnesses and acute care with a focus on preventive medicine
Schedule patient appointments at a manageable pace of approximately 2 new patients or 3 established patients per hour
Collaborate with Registered Nurses who manage the entire triage process, handle prior authorizations, and coordinate care
Utilize the latest technology, including eClinicalWorks EMR and diagnostic capabilities such as ultrasound and EKG
Maintain an extensive network of subspecialists for comprehensive subspecialty care access
Qualification
Required
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure
DEA registration
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
