Responsibilities

Maintain a school-wide behavior and attendance tracking system

Assign interventions based on data from the behavior tracking system

Create a behavior plan for Tier 2 and Tier 3 students

Progress monitor interventions and student’s behavior plans

Work with Success Mentors and school staff to address students’ needs

Facilitate Tier 1, 2, and 3 restorative interventions, including individual and social skills groups

Work with the Social Worker, Parent Coordinator and other school personnel to connect students and families to appropriate resources

Actively participate in Attendance, PBIS (Positive Behavior System of Support) and MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) Team

Assist in the planning and execution of student and parent events and meetings

Attend all appropriate meetings and professional development opportunities

Support with monitoring the hallways and cafeteria

Regularly conduct outreach to parents and guardians regarding behavior and attendance

Perform other tasks as needed that aligns with the Community School strategy
