Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
Utilize various project management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban to manage project lifecycles effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
Manage project scheduling using tools such as Microsoft Project, TFS, Jira, and VersionOne to track progress and deliverables
Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) ensuring adherence to best practices in test-driven development and release management
Conduct regular analysis of project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues while negotiating solutions as needed
Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and disaster recovery protocols throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain comprehensive documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio) for reporting and governance purposes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in technical program management or related roles within enterprise software environments
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS preferred) and IT infrastructure components
Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases for data analysis and reporting purposes
Familiarity with PMBOK guidelines and best practices in project management
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of managing diverse teams towards successful project outcomes
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences
Experience using project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS, or VersionOne is highly desirable
