They are seeking an Operations Support and Data Manager responsible for data handling and operational support on classified systems, requiring collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure program success.

Responsibilities

Provide advise on security documentation and coordinate with the IC, DoD, and security agent security staffs

Assist with completing IC facility accreditation or co-use approvals, individual program access approvals, and review Contractor security program plans

Provide executive level data management support including conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests

Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases including for record keeping purposes

Shall develop and maintain schedules using standard Microsoft Suite applications (experience with Microsoft Project preferred)

Identify areas of improvement with actionable, feasible recommendations, and tasks for reducing risk where appropriate as well as support risk identification, process definition, and detailed technical risk mitigation plans

Required

Extensive experience in classified systems data handling and operational level support

Highly knowledgeable in DoD and IC security processes and procedures

Experience with senior level operations, coordination, and communication

Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to identify and solve problems

Bachelors Degree

5+ years of relevant experience

Preferred

Prior experience with Air Force, Space Force, and/or Space Systems Command security processes and procedures

Masters Degree

10+ years of relevant experience
