Administrative Analyst Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage department accounts and funds; process transfers/payments; prepare projections and routine reports
Build and publish course/room schedules (including summer/intersession) and monitor enrollments
Support recruitments, appointments, evaluations, and reconcile payroll; maintain personnel records
Coordinate requisitions, reimbursements, and vendor/Procurement requests
Maintain accurate records and dashboards; ensure adherence to university policies and deadlines
Provide administrative support to the Chair; streamline processes; train faculty/staff on financial, HR, and scheduling systems

Required

A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training
Administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs

Preferred

Two (2) years of related work and business office experience which involves the monitoring and coordination of administrative work through a system of internal procedures and controls
Some office coordination experience
