Responsibilities
Develop and own a strategy for consistently winning new upmarket business, creating repeatable methods for identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, aligning prospect needs and business goals to Victorious solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, services, and leadership to ensure alignment between new business sales strategy, long-term vision, and operational execution
Continuously refine outreach, qualification, and consultative processes to improve conversion and efficiency
Represent Victorious with credibility and confidence in discussions with senior stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market brands
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development strategies aligned with long-term growth objectives
Ability to develop and own a strategy for consistently winning new upmarket business
Experience in serving as a trusted advisor to prospective customers
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, services, and leadership
Experience in refining outreach, qualification, and consultative processes
Ability to represent the company with credibility and confidence in discussions with senior stakeholders
Ability to achieve new business sales targets
Experience operating as a high-performing individual contributor
Self-sufficiency in managing inbound leads and sourcing outbound opportunities
Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
Deep understanding of SEO's strategic value within digital marketing
Ability to create and/or facilitate structure, momentum, and outcomes through independent action
