Responsibilities
Provides evaluative and operational support in the acquisition and management of potential and existing federal and state LIHTC equity investments
Works with the business development, underwriting, and asset management sub-teams to assist in drafting documents and performing analysis for investment memoranda, creating financial models which inform committee decisions, and developing reporting tools to facilitate efficient daily operations
Responsible for generating ad hoc analysis as required by senior team members
Supports initial evaluation of potential equity investments in LIHTC properties
Prepares financial models needed for presentations to investment committee
Leads preparation of various internal investment and fund data reports for senior Syndication Team members
Learns the program structures of Federal and various State LIHTC programs
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Commercial real estate underwriting and risk assessment
Financial analysis and modeling
Internal and external communication
Bachelor's degree in related field
