Work with and support the Preconstruction leaders in development of cost estimates and other preconstruction services

Ensure Skanska is completing our services accurately, timely and cost effectively

Perform daily estimating and planning activities

Disseminate information applicable to the planning efforts

Meet critical deadlines

Accurately obtain quantities for building components

Work as part of a team

Required

2+ years full time relevant industry experience

1+ year demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software applications

Geometry - proficiency in measures of length, area and volume calculations

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint

Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
