Responsibilities
Oversee and manage helpdesk operations to ensure prompt resolution of issues and effective end-user support
Monitor system performance and processing activities to maintain reliable service availability
Coordinate and track responses to trouble reports and service tickets, ensuring timely resolution
Lead and supervise helpdesk personnel, promoting adherence to established service standards
Leverage knowledge of software-to-hardware interactions to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in helpdesk or technical support roles
Strong background in computer hardware, including mobile devices
Understanding of how programs interact with computer hardware
Certifications CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
Clearance - Secret
Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
