Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst

GovCIO is currently hiring to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services program. Responsibilities

Experience in a complex Government IT environment
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems
Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Ability to follow senior service desk team member direction and quickly escalate issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 1

Qualification

ITIL Foundation certificationDevSecOps Foundation certificationServiceNow proficiencyTroubleshooting skillsGovernment IT experience

Required

2-3 years' experience
Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications

Preferred

Current DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute
