Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst
GovCIO is currently hiring to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services program. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related problems while using ServiceNow to manage incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities
Experience in a complex Government IT environment
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems
Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
Ability to follow senior service desk team member direction and quickly escalate issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 1
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' experience
Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications
Preferred
Current DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute
