Spiked Wireless is an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile, one of the nation’s fastest-growing wireless service brands. They are seeking Bilingual Wireless Sales Associates to guide customers through the phone and accessory buying process while meeting personal and company sales goals.

Responsibilities

Approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening

Exceeding monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics

Participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location

Being a team player and being able to work in a group environment, being open-minded to learning new things, and always treating customers/co-workers the way you'd like to be treated

Working with store management in opening and closing, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count, and deposits as governed by operations control standards

Being professional and confident of what you're selling by utilizing all the tools that management provides to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone's features

Having complete integrity, being very dependable and showing up on time every day, not bringing personal problems to work, and helping to maintain a clean, organized store

Required

At minimum a high school diploma or GED

Excellent verbal communication skills

Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident and have a winning attitude

The ability to multi-task and work with other teammates

Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly

Has good decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet

Be coachable and willing to coach others

Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and is willing and able to undergo a background check

Must be able to work nights and weekends
