Qualification
Required
Recent graduates or up to 2 years post-undergraduate experience
Must have permanent U.S. work authorization
You've conducted analysis, contributed to growth plans, or collaborated on strategic frameworks
You've synthesized complex data into clear, actionable insights
You can sketch and prototype to make abstract ideas tangible
You've created visual systems and artifacts that help others see and align on bold ideas
You've designed and conducted ethnographic research, interviews, or fieldwork to uncover critical insights
You translate patterns of human behavior and culture into frameworks that inform strategic decisions
