Responsibilities
Own the Vision & Strategy
Define and drive the mid-term product strategy for Intermedia’s voice products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
Anticipate and respond to evolving industry trends across UCaaS, cloud telephony, SIP trunking, and carrier-grade voice services
Lead Product Execution
Translate strategy into deliverable roadmaps and clear requirements – and drive timely delivery of high-impact features
Prioritize competing opportunities using data-driven frameworks and deep customer insight
Partner closely with engineering to execute – and guide architectural and infrastructure investments in scalability, resiliency, and innovation
Engage Partners, Customers & the Market
Represent the voice of the customer—by engaging directly with our MSP, VAR and Service Provider partners, and lead customers
Champion the product strategy and capabilities to both senior leadership and technical audiences, internally and externally
Drive Business Outcomes
Define and measure KPIs tied to adoption, reliability, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
Partner with sales, marketing, and support to drive tight alignment between roadmap priorities, commercial requirements and GTM execution
Build & Mentor Teams
Foster a culture of delivery, collaboration, empowerment, and accountability across the product team
Mentor senior PMs, creating pathways for growth and scaling the team’s product leadership capacity
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience building or delivering carrier voice networks, cloud PBX, or UCaaS solutions
Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, VoIP protocols, SBCs, telephony infrastructure
6+ years in Product Management / Engineering leadership positions
Proven ability to drive strategy, manage complex roadmaps, and deliver business impact across the product lifecycle
Experience leading high-performing PM / Engineering teams and working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance and sales-engineering / sales teams
Demonstrated ability to engaging with MSPs / VARs / Service Providers and translating feedback into successful product outcomes
Comfort with customer-facing activities, including executive briefings and deep-dive technical reviews
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—tailored to diverse audiences
Exceptional analytical, technical, operational skills to drive decisions – and execution
High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Experienced managing and communicating trade-offs between innovation, cost, and performance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required
