Administrative Assistant Office Manager
Cammisa Markel PLLC is a boutique business immigration law firm located in downtown Manhattan, seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to join their team. The role involves managing office operations, providing support to attorneys and clients, and ensuring a welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact — offering refreshments and creating a positive client experience
Manage office supplies and pantry stock, including printer materials, paper goods, snacks, and beverages
Ensure the office environment is always tidy, organized, and welcoming
Answer incoming calls and emails with clarity and professionalism
Coordinate client communications and follow-ups
Support the team during webinars and virtual events
Qualification
Required
Organized, detail-oriented, and quick on your feet
Enjoy working with people and have a friendly, service-oriented vibe
Adaptable, resourceful, and not afraid to ask questions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Will be required to be in the office five days and have flexibility with hours
Tech-comfortable with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Contacts, Sheets
Preferred
Prior legal/admin experience
