Responsibilities
Develop engaging and persuasive content for Anchor AI’s social media channels, especially LinkedIn, to increase brand visibility and engagement
Write compelling client-facing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and newsletters that demonstrate Anchor AI’s value proposition
Craft content that resonates with key decision-makers in the proposal industry, highlighting our AI-driven solutions and their impact on RFP responses
Leverage your deep understanding of the proposal world and RFP processes to create content that addresses common industry challenges, trends, and opportunities
Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with customer pain points and emphasizes how Anchor AI solves those challenges
Monitor industry trends and competitor content, identifying opportunities to improve Anchor AI’s messaging and stay ahead of the curve
Use data and feedback to continuously optimize content for better engagement and performance
Ensure all content adheres to Anchor AI’s brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines
Maintain and refresh a content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant to current market needs
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create aligned messaging for client-facing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
Provide guidance and feedback to junior content creators and collaborate on larger content campaigns
Engage with customers and industry experts to gather insights and enhance content development
Use your knowledge of the proposal world to create content that supports the sales team and educates prospective clients on the proposal process and how Anchor AI enhances it
Develop thought leadership articles, webinars, and other content that position Anchor AI as an expert in the proposal automation space
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in content writing, with a focus on B2B content, social media management, and client communications
Strong background in proposal management and a deep understanding of the RFP process and challenges faced by businesses in proposal management
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and educate a professional audience
Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and creating content that drives engagement
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
