The Practice Strategy Leader will drive the expansion of the Asset Strategy practice, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance market presence while leading a team to achieve performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and expansion of the national practice, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals

Formulate and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, etc

Establish a culture of Delivery Excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Partner to the Practice Delivery Leader and team to ensure performance metrics are achieved while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the success of growth initiatives

Work closely with other departments, including marketing (in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and drive RFP process), Project Management Center of Excellence (PMO) design, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives

Required

Previous experience working with landlords/brokers/building owners is required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Planning, Interior Design, Business Administration, or Information Management from an accredited University

15+ years relevant industry experience preferred, or equivalent in appropriate education and experience

Preferred

Understanding projects focused on tenant improvements, commercial and corporate interiors, landlord fit ups, repositioning, building additions, lobby renovations, and full-floor renovations is strongly preferred
