Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional recruiting experience
Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
Communicates clearly with colleagues, candidates, and external partners
Humble about what you do and don't know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
Self-starter who works effectively and handles competing priorities
Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
Willing to travel throughout the year to recruiting conferences and events
