Responsibilities
Act as escalation point for technical issues from clients and other system engineers
Manage client expectations regarding solution functionality, deployment processes, and realistic timelines
Be a subject matter expert in solution architecture in Azure environments
Support testing of new version releases and updates to installation documentation
Collaborate with Leadership Team to review and contribute to Product Roadmaps
Ability to identify the organizational impact of the technical solution architecture
Provide technical leadership to the engineering team when necessary
Provide expert knowledge of product architecture, serving as Subject Matter Expert to business, operations, and technology teams
Qualification
Required
1+ years of Windows Server technology administration and maintenance experience
1+ years of experience with SQL Server or T-SQL queries (writing/debugging)
1+ years of Microsoft SaaS experience with one or more of the following platforms: PowerApps, Power Platform, Sharepoint Online, Dataverse
U.S. Citizenship required; dual citizens not eligible
Must be eligible for a Secret clearance; Active Secret clearance preferred
Preferred
Active CompTIA SECURITY+ certification (or higher certification)
Microsoft PowerApps certification (PL-900, PL-200, etc.) highly preferred
Microsoft PowerShell experience, with a focus on automation
MS Active Directory design and implementation experience
