Responsibilities

Execute Effective NPMs:
Execute NPMs effectively
Capture feedback, market intelligence, and partner insights during meetings
Document action items, motivators, and detractors from NPMs
Advocate for the needs of the partner to ensure their requirements and expectations are met
Ensure Follow-up and First Purchase:
Ensure proper follow-up and encouragement for partners to complete their first purchase, becoming New Buying Partners (NBPs)
Maintain regular communication to keep partners engaged and motivated
Advocate for the needs of the partner, ensuring their concerns and motivators are addressed
Own Lifecycle Stage Progression:
Own the lifecycle stages from SQL to Exploring
Align activities with product adoption stages to ensure seamless transitions and continued partner success
Advocate for the needs of the partner to ensure a positive and successful journey
